Hays Specialist Recruitment Melbourne are currently seeking experienced Planning Enforcement Officers for Short/Long term roles.
These councils situated Across Victoria, are currently experiencing large growth within the building se ctor and they require P.E.O's who have previous experience dealing with non compliance of permits on building sites to assist on a contract basis.
Along with previous experience in the role you will also posses excellent communication and negotiation skills, have a professional approach to all tasks undertaken, be able to work autonomously and to a deadline.
As this is a contract role a generous hourly rate of $35+ per hour plus superannuation is on offer for the successful applicant.
