Starting in April, at Voyages Ayers Rock Resort, will be the fantastic new guest experience ‘Tali Wiru’. Guests will be treated to an unforgettable open air restaurant among picturesque dunes and magnificent views of Uluru (Ayers Rock) and Kata Tjuta (the Olgas). After a sumptuous table d'hôte four-course dinner, entertainment will include a didgeridoo performance and celestial creation stories. This will be a very intimate and unique experience for a maximum of 20 guests.

As Guest Service Host-Food and Beverage your role will include preparation and provision of exceptional service at Tali Wiru events together with other duties as directed at Longitude 131°. Luxurious, eco-sensitive and romantic, Longitude 131° lies at the gateway of Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. Complete with 5 star accommodation and private views of the sun rising and setting over Uluru, this unique hotel offers guests our signature Table 131°. Here our guests dine on exquisite outback fare complemented with the finest Australian wines at our outdoor dining venue under the stars. Alternatively, there’s the Dune House which includes a lounge, library and dining area with a self-service open bar.

To join our team you will:

  • Be an experienced food and beverage professional, preferably with 5 star experience
  • Possess good knowledge on food and wine matching
  • Have excellent personal presentation and grooming     
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Have excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • Be flexible and adaptable

Working holiday visa applicants must be able to commit to a 6 month fixed term contract. Prior experience living in a remote area would be an advantage but not essential.
