The Principal HR Business Partner, Organisational Learning and Development is an influential position that will shape and drive a broad range of organisational development strategies and initiatives while partnering with the business on a full range of HR advice and services.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Human Resources, you will be accountable for the provision of a full range of expert advice covering remuneration, talent management, workforce planning, reward and recognition, recruitment and selection and performance management with a specific focus on organisational learning and development. You will proactively identify effective resolutions for current and future business requirements while aligning and embedding HR change initiatives throughout the organisation.
As a key member of the HR team, you will be tertiary qualified in human resources or equivalent and/or demonstrated practical experience in a similar position with an organisational development focus. Proven experience in providing timely and sound HR advice while leading and implementing organisational learning and development initiatives is essential. The successful candidate will have advanced analytical, investigation and problem solving skills, an ability to establish and foster strong working relationships at all levels and demonstrate a track record of success in the design and facilitation of training, leadership and coaching.
