Senior Pipeline Integrity Engineer - Oil and Gas

In this challenging contract, you will support, develop and maintain programs that assure the on-going safety, reliability, and integrity of field pipelines and associated equipment across the client's on-shore assets in line with industry best practice.

This key role includes:
  • Ensuring compliance and continuous improvement on Pipeline Assets related components with corporate systems
  • Undertaking risk management and design life reviews of field pipeline systems to ensure all corrosion related risks are ALARP, and
  • Leading, supporting and providing technical input into Defect Elimination and failure investigations and implementation of recommendations across the operations.
To succeed in this contract, in addition to your Engineering Degree, you will have a working knowledge in field pipeline design, fabrication, installation, coating and inspection; and a good understanding of corrosion chemistry, corrosion mechanisms and mitigation strategies applicable to pipelines.
