State Sales Manager D2D Field Sales - Base + Comms - 110 - 130K OTE

The Role :

Managing Field Salesforce of 60. Salespeople remunerated on employee + commissions structure, not contractor model.

Responsible for Sales Targets, Compliance, Recruitment. Admin support provided. Established teams and team leaders already active in the field.

You must have :

A verifiable history of your teams hitting or exceeding
sales targets.

At least 1 yr managing a door to door field salesforce of at least 40 salespeople.

Experience with management of teams in Energy, Telco, Subscription TV is highly prized.
